About VertexStay
We're building the PMS we wished existed.
Born out of frustration with bad hotel software
VertexStay started with a simple observation: independent hotel operators were running complex daily operations on a patchwork of legacy software, spreadsheets, and manual workarounds. The tools that did exist were either enterprise software stripped down for small hotels, or consumer apps that couldn't handle real operations.
We spent time watching how front desk teams actually work — the morning arrivals printout pinned to the desk, the WhatsApp group for maintenance, the billing spreadsheet that someone checks manually at the end of every shift. Then we built something that replaces all of it.
VertexStay is a new product. We're honest about that. We're looking for our first hotel partners to build this with — properties willing to work closely with us as we make sure every workflow is exactly right before we scale. If you join early, you're not getting a finished product handed to you — you're helping shape it.

Our values
Operator-first thinking
Every feature starts with a real conversation with hotel staff. We do not ship features that look good in demos but slow down operations.
Radical simplicity
If your housekeeping staff need training to update a room status, we failed. Complexity is the enemy of adoption — and adoption is how we measure success.
Built for every market
We design for boutique properties in Morocco and hotel groups in Germany with equal care. Hospitality is global; VertexStay should be too.
Long-term partnership
We don't sell software and disappear. Your success metrics are our metrics. When occupancy improves, when checkout is faster — that's the only scorecard we care about.
A small team with strong opinions about hotel software
We're a small, focused team. Some of us have worked in hospitality operations. All of us have strong opinions about what hotel software should feel like — and we're building it.
We're not announcing team members publicly yet, but we're very reachable. If you want to know who you'd be working with before you commit, just ask.
