The honest picture before you evaluate
VertexStay is a complete property management system — reservations, housekeeping, billing, and reporting. What it is not today: a channel manager that syncs OTA inventory in real time.
If your hotel receives most bookings through Booking.com, Expedia, or Airbnb and you need automatic two-way sync, that feature is on our roadmap for Q3 2026. OTA reservations can be entered manually in the meantime — it takes about 60 seconds per booking. You can also run VertexStay alongside your existing channel manager until native sync ships.
Everything else below is either live today or clearly labeled. We'd rather lose a sale upfront than lose a customer after their trial.
